The projecting central bay features a group of four columns, with corbeled balconies on the third level. The nook bays characteristic another group of four columns with similar Corinthian capitals. Both east and west façades are equivalent aside from the west central bay with the columned portico. The temple pediment with aid sculptures depicting“Inang Bayan”surrounded by Greek deities on its tympanum emphasizes grandeur and nationalism, and ennobles the edifice.
